"1. Communicative and understanding host. 2. Misleading header for the ad (Ocean Beach & pool). The Ocean and Beach are a 5 minute drive or 20-minute walk. 3. 2nd bedroom listed 2 separate beds, but had 1 queen (did not work for us, as we had specifically booked for 2 adult children based on the 2 separate beds)4. Apartment needs fixing, many appliances did not work or not available. 5. Bathrooms were dirty from wear & tear. "

"The only thing we would want the listing to clarify is that, as opposed to saying it’s a BEACH FRONT property which is the reason we booked it, it should say that the Playa Turquesa real estate complex is a beach front complex benefiting from a private beach. The Property, which is in one of the buildings situated at the back of the complex, is actually facing the pool and the other buildings. Even though the listing did not indicate that there was a BBQ on the terrace, it would be a plus if...

"This home and complex was excellent! It was exactly as advertised. The gym and pools were easily accessible. The rooms and bathrooms were well maintained and clean. The security guards were thorough and polite. I had a wonder time during this stay! "

"No obstruction to beach. Loved the plastic dishes for kids and adults. Only issue was the squeaky king bed frame. We got used to it after a few days.Great windows and doors.Comfortable furniture. Loved the unit unfortunately we couldn’t secure it for next year but we did get another unit."
