"ELECTRICITY COSTS YOU EXTRA!! NOT IN THE LISTED PRICE. Spacious 2 bedroom condo with 2.5 baths. Parking on site. Narrow road to get there. I booked a ocean view room but it was definitely a partial view. The dont remove the sargassum from the beach like other places do. So dont expect to go in the ocean there. Property needs updating, broken lighting all around"

"We had a comfortable stay at Playa Turquesa L202. The location and view were hard to beat. The beach in front of Playa Tirquesa on some days had a lot of Sargrass but we found if we walked down to the left just past the pier the water was lovely. We loved the El Corcetico area with its little grocery store and abundance of restaurants. The condo was comfortable and clean but not as fully renovated as we expected from the description(bathrooms are close to original and old grout makes showers...

" The condo was very large and clean, and served as a great home base for all that Cap Cana has to offer. You can’t get any closer to the Cap Cana restaurants and amenities—they are literally at steps away! We had a rental car and used the parking garage, which was very convenient and easy to access. Communication with the host was great. She provided a lot of information about the condo, the area, and thorough check-in instructions. There is no beach nearby. You’ll need to drive to Juanillo...

"1. Communicative and understanding host. 2. Misleading header for the ad (Ocean Beach & pool). The Ocean and Beach are a 5 minute drive or 20-minute walk. 3. 2nd bedroom listed 2 separate beds, but had 1 queen (did not work for us, as we had specifically booked for 2 adult children based on the 2 separate beds)4. Apartment needs fixing, many appliances did not work or not available. 5. Bathrooms were dirty from wear & tear. "
