This place was great. As it turns out it’s two separate units, one downstairs and one upstairs. There is a main entryway that has an old ping-pong table folded in the corner, which was fun for my kids. There’s a couch in there as well, which would’ve been a great place to hang out as a group, but all of the trash is kept in that room so that area smelled the whole time we were there. We could request the trash be emptied as needed, but I felt bad asking for them to empty it daily so we only had it emptied twice and just avoided staying in that area. The downstairs unit was perfect for my brother and his family. There is a washing machine, but no dryer and a small kitchen area plus bathroom/shower and two bedsWe stayed in the upstairs unit, which had a small kitchen, three futons in 1 bedroom and two beds in the bedroom 2. There was an upstairs loft area with a couch and TV, which was fun for everyone to spend time in. The upstairs unit also had it on bathroom and shower and a washer, but no dryer.Overall, it was clean, and efficient was plenty of space for our two families. Of note, the stairs leading up to the second unit, and up to the loft are very steep and narrow, which would not be good for older people or mobility impaired persons. There’s no dryer, but a laundromat conveniently located within a five minute walk to the left when exiting. I was worried about sending passport information in advance as requested, but I blurred the numbers so it was fine
