Enjoy a spacious stay in this wooden 98 m² semi-detached apartment on the shore of Lake Talvijärvi in Rukatunturi, West Ruka. Built in 1990 and renovated in 2012, the property accommodates up to 10 guests and suits larger families and groups of friends travelling together. It offers a private electric sauna, a fireplace indoors and a second fireplace on the terrace, and sits within walking distance of the Ruka area services and the Ruka Stadium area, with the nearest ski lift only 600 m away.

The apartment is distributed across a 78 m² ground floor and a 20 m² loft with a ceiling height of 160 cm.

Living room & Kitchen: The living room and open-plan kitchen form one combined space with a fireplace, a television and a radio. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and electric kettle. Ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment are provided. A high chair is available, and a baby cot can be provided on request.

Bedrooms & Loft: The apartment has three bedrooms and a 20 m² loft. Sleeping is arranged in seven beds - two double beds, a bunk bed and four single beds - for up to 10 guests.

Bathroom & Sauna: The washroom has a shower, a washing machine and a drying cabinet for outdoor clothing, and there are two toilets in the apartment. Connected to the washroom is your own private electric sauna.

Outdoor area: The terrace has its own outdoor fireplace, and a shared barbecue hut is available in the yard area. In summer, three shared rowing boats belonging to the housing company are available. Three parking spaces are located right in front of the apartment, two of them with car heating plugs, and firewood is available in the wood storage.

Please note that final cleaning and bed linens are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased separately from the host.
