Villa Cotton is a cozy 3 bedroom villa with a rooftop patio.

We offer complimentary cleaning service, linens, towels & kimonos, Wifi and toileteries.

The villa is located within 5 minutes by vehicle to popular beaches such as Melasti, Karma Kandara, and many more.

NOTE: There is high potential for noise from 8.00 AM to 6.00 PM as there is construction right in front of the villa. This also a 2-story villa like ours
The space
The property is located in Ungasan, Uluwatu in the south of Bali close to Karma Kendara. Located within 5-10 minutes by bike of multiple beach hotspots such as Melasti and Karma Kandara.

The villa has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate a total of 7 guests.
The master bedroom has its own individual en-suite walk-in wardrobe & bathroom and has direct access to the swimming pool. The guest bedrooms are located on the opposite of the villa and share a bathroom. One of the guest bedrooms also includes a single bed on a mezzanine perfect for a 7th person or children.

The villa is fully equipped for a stay-at-home dinner, accommodating a fully equipped kitchen, a full living room with a TV and streaming services, an outdoor swimming pool and a very large rooftop area on the 2nd floor.

NOTE: The upstairs rooftop now only features a partial view following the construction of the new villa across the street.
Guest access
The entire villa will be private for you and your travel party only.

The villa manager and cleaning staff will come periodically during the week as well as a pool man to maintain and clean the villa. You can expect the cleaner to come 2 to 3 times a week.
Other things to note
Please note that this is a private property so we do have a few house rules that we need you to respect.

Since this is a residential area, we ask you to be mindful of the neighbours.

Strictly no parties & drugs at the villa and there shall be no loud noises past 10.00 PM.

Pets and smoking are not permitted indoors and will incur a large fine.

We ask that you respect the maximum allowed number of guests at the villa as we have to report everything to the local authorities.

For monthly bookings, electricity and water will be at your own charge.
