Enjoy your stay at "Yerby" a lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo that sleeps 6, located in the Ocean Dunes community on Kure Beach. This first floor, end unit oceanfront property has fantastic views of the Atlantic and adjacent beach walkway.

"Yerby" has an open floor living plan with a well equipped kitchen, barstool seating at the pass through, a dining area and living room and access to the oceanfront deck. There is a wet bar off the living room area for extra counter space and storage. The primary bedroom has a Queen bed, private bath and access to the oceanfront deck. One of the guest bedrooms features a Queen bed, while the other contains two Twin beds. There is a second full hallway bath. The unit is complete with 4 TV/DVDs, high speed wireless internet, and comfy furnishings.

Ocean Dunes is an ideal year-round vacation spot for families! Located at the southern end of Pleasure Island, in Kure Beach next to Historic Fort Fisher, Ocean Dunes occupies one mile of beachfront with several private beach walkways. Included with your reservation is access to all the amenities Ocean Dunes offers, as well as the Recreation Center. Amenities include three outdoor pools, a children's playground, tennis courts, a basketball court and cornhole. The Recreation Center has an indoor pool, whirlpool/spa, gym, saunas, and showers.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Community Surveillance: The HOA has surveillance cameras around the complexes outdoor amenities including the pools for safety and security of the common spaces.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
