Step inside and instantly be greeted by panoramic ocean views, visible from both the living room and the primary bedroom through large glass sliders. From your private top-floor deck, enjoy a spectacular front-row seat to the Atlantic—perfect for savoring your morning coffee as the sun rises, watching playful dolphins glide by, or observing pelicans cruise along the shoreline. With direct beach access and an outdoor shower just steps away, you’re never far from the sand.

This end-unit condo offers added privacy and extra natural light thanks to its additional side windows. It’s fully furnished and thoughtfully stocked with kitchen and household essentials, featuring a smooth-top stove and durable Pergo flooring throughout. The primary bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds—ideal for families or friends. A new washer and dryer (installed October 2022) add extra convenience during your stay.

You’ll enjoy the ease of elevator access—no lugging groceries or luggage up the stairs—and parking is a breeze with one assigned space plus an additional guest spot beside the building. As a guest of Ocean Dunes, you’ll also have full access to three outdoor pools and the Rec Center’s indoor heated pool, whirlpool, sauna, fitness room, and sports courts.

We partner with top-quality cleaners to ensure your condo is spotless upon arrival, letting you start your vacation the moment you walk through the door.

Hurricane Debby

Despite Debby most of the week, we enjoyed the condo. Never lost power. The management co was very responsive. They replaced the toaster with a toaster oven within 2 hrs of reporting . Zip tied the hurricane shutters banging against condo and brought towels to handle water coming in bedroom door. Manager assisted w/luggage, 4th flr due elevator inoperative.

Great Vacation

We loved the condo. It was clean and nicely decorated. The elevator was certainly a plus. We appreciated the starter products. We were surprised to find out that the parking for this unit is not under the building. It would be nice to know that before booking. There is not much room to park a full size pickup truck.

A wonderful and relaxing experience

When we opened the door to the condo, we were impressed right away. The layout was comfortable, the two bedrooms and baths were set up nicely, and the view was spectacular. Being on the 3rd (actually 4th) floor, you have a great view of the ocean. Being an end unit, it is also more quiet and private. The condo was very clean, although the shower in the master was showing it's age, but then again, everything rusts at the beach. We ate our dinners on the deck and truly relished the view. Looking forward to a follow-up visit. The management company was so easy to deal with, and the info provided in the app made it easy to walk right in the door. My two requests would be better directions to the unit in the building, and a new flatbed cart to haul our luggage up the elevator and to the condo. It was shot. Our thanks to the owners for sharing their lovely condo.

Nice place but rocks

People should be aware of big rock outcrops on water’s edge. If kids or others go in at high tide where rocks are covered, it is dangerous. Can’t swim in front of condo so you have to move up or down beach. Otherwise it’s a nice place. I would rent again. Small for 6 adults because only 2 bedrooms and sleeper sofa folded out takes up living room.

Wonderful property

This property is perfect for a beach vacation! We loved watching the sunrise without having to get out of bed and the property was steps from the beach. The property was clean with plenty of pots / pans and dishes to cook all week. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Way too many roaches would not recommend

We saw live roaches scurrying in every room of the condo. On the countertops of the kitchen, nestled in the dishtowels, on the nightstands next to the beds, of course in the bathroom, in both bedrooms, under the dining table. They are especially more numerous in the evening hours. Its too many roaches. We could not stay there and ended up leaving early. Its not easy to lug groceries and luggage up three floors but you hope that once you do, you can enjoy your vacation and not worry something is crawling up your leg. Also, and this seems minor in comparison with the roaches, they wrap all their sheets pillow cases and towels in plastic wrap which makes them all smell like horrible plastic and I'm sure is great for the environment and any toddlers which might happen into the gigantic wads of plastic wrap from the bedding. Management seems more concerned with managing my feedback than managing the underlying infestation. We lost money staying here and I don't want anyone else to lose their money or their precious vacation time. The place is decorated with beachy quotes and the kitchen looks newly renovated so its a shame that its so infested but I would not feel right about not leaving an honest review. They need to really get more pest control in than they already have and they seem unwilling to come to grips with the reality of the situation.

Wonderful Week At The Beach

The view from the porch is amazing, the beds are super comfortable and the condo is very well stocked! Loved walking the beach at Fort Fisher… so close! We couldn’t have asked for more! Excellent customer service, too! We would definitely like to return.

Great for a getaway at the beach

Top floor view and experience of the ocean. Well stocked kitchen, updated and fresh. Games for families. The main bedroom bed was excellent. That is a treat for sure! Easy access to beach. Only negative would be the quality of the bath towels provided. They do not absorb water and are thin-ish. We had a most enjoyable week at this place.

Amazing view!

The view of the ocean from the condo can’t be beat! It has easy beach access right at the bottom of stairs. Having an elevator as well was so convenient. The owners seem to be in the process of upgrading furnishings which is nice and we all thought our mattresses were comfy and seemed fairly new. The property managers responded quickly to every question or concern I had. We had a wonderful stay!

This condo is truly in a great location in Kure Beach and the view from the condo is fantastic! Also access to the beach is so easy. The condo was very clean and tidy and the decor was really nice. Overall we were pleased and satisfied.
