NEWLY RENOVATED UPDATE for 2023: new king mattress with pillow top in the master bedroom and the lower level has been changed from a queen to a king bed with a one-year-old king mattress.

Welcome to Namaste at the beach, a beautiful 4 bed, 3.5 bath dog friendly home right on the beach. This home has undergone a complete renovation from top to bottom! Every room in the entire house has been repainted in a soft coastal gray. All the flooring has been replaced with beautiful, luxury plank flooring in a natural driftwood color. The owners have added some new furniture and artwork as well. We think you'll love the new look! We have everything your family will need for a great beach vacation. And because we're dog friendly (max 2) you won't have to leave a beloved family member behind! We're close to the Kure Beach pier, some great restaurants, and coffee shop!

When you first walk in, you'll notice the large, open floor plan. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are all open with wide, expansive ocean views. No matter where you are, you'll have a great view of the sea! The living room has two large sofas and a brand-new large flat screen TV. The kitchen has granite counter tops, a new oven and stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats eight, plus four at the breakfast table and four more at the bar. The primary bedroom and bath are on the main level and are quite spacious with a king-size bed and large jetted bathtub. We have two large bedrooms on the top level, both with king-size beds, and both with wonderful ocean views. The fourth bedroom is a private suite with a king bed, sleeper sofa and a full bathroom on the lower level, perfect for a quiet getaway. Each bedroom has a TV. Enjoy the full length deck off the main level with plenty of space and chairs for everyone. It's a great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee while watching the sun come up and the dolphins playing. Then later on in the day, unwind on the porch swing with a cold drink and give thanks for a perfect beach day!

We also have a patio area off the lower level that offers a picnic table and a Weber charcoal grill. We have a two-car garage that will fit 3 cars, as well as plenty of driveway parking. You will have your own private beach access and because there are no high rise hotels nearby, you will have plenty of room to spread out on the beach!

This home is perfect for families and small groups and has everything you need to enjoy, to entertain, or take a nap and then relax! Make this home a return destination year after year. This is a no smoking property. You must be at least 25 years old.
No RV's, boats, trailers, or jet skis are allowed in driveway. They must be parked inside the garage
We provide the bedsheets, bath towels, pillows, bedspreads, and blankets.

NOTE: The Town of Kure Beach only allows leashed dogs on the beach from October 1 - March 31. Dogs are NOT allowed on the beach from 9AM to 5PM from April 1 - September 30. During these times, you must have on your person a bag or container for pet waste until it can be properly disposed of. Said bag or container must be produced upon request by anyone authorized to enforce this ordinance. You can walk your dog on the beach year round in two areas: Freeman Park on the north end of Carolina Beach and Fort Fisher State Recreation area, just south of the house. In Carolina Beach, leashed pets are allowed on the beach before 9am and after 5pm from April 1 - September 30, and they are always allowed during the off season.

Namaste at the beach is a gorgeous home with an unforgettable ocean view. It’s clean, uncluttered, comfortable and so welcoming. The location is perfect for the beach, restaurants, museums and just walking about.

Loved staying at Namaste. It was well stocked and very clean. Loved having king beds in all the bedrooms. The property manager was gracious in coming over quickly to help us figure out how to start the fireplace. In fact, they came twice -- not their fault, we just needed more training. Very quiet place. Our first time staying there. We highly recommend going at Christmas!

What a wonderful way to celebrate 50 years of marriage. Beautiful ocean front beach house with plenty of room for my children and grandkids!!! Making it extra special I was able to bring my fur baby on this special occasion. The view was spectacular from the house. Our favorite spot was the porch… great furniture to sit in and relax and feel the summer breeze and hear the ocean…. I hope to be able to return soon. Loved it. Highly recommend this house

The whole house was amazing. Everything was clean and ready for our stay. The layout was welcoming and comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. We didn't cook, since we were only there a few days, but we had plenty of dishes, cups and silverware. I would love to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the view from the living room and deck were amazing. Everything was so comfortable, I didn’t want to get out of bed in the morning but then I would have missed the sunrise. The property manager checked in before our stay and made sure we had everything we needed to access the property. Unlike other areas on the coast during the offseason, there are a lot of restaurants open and the aquarium is just a few miles down the road. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

I found the listing on VRBO, selected my dates and booked it. It was my first time using VRBO, so I was nervous but it was seamless. The property was amazing and the view was to die for! Everything we needed was there!

We were in town for my daughter's wedding. Namaste was perfect for us to relax before and afterwards. The house is clean, comfortable, and so roomy. We had plenty of space to prepare for the wedding. All the comfy king size beds were much appreciated so we could rest before and after the festivities. We enjoyed just walking out the door and onto the beach as well as just sitting on the back deck relaxing and taking in the view. I highly recommend Namaste.

Our beach week was impacted by tropical storm Alex. Lovely wide beach with few people. House was very inviting, solidly built, and nicely appointed. Rambunctious kids did not impact the adults working remotely. Dog friendly was a huge plus, but no dogs are allowed on Kure Beach at all during summer months.

Inside the house was nice and clean. NOT dog friendly. Property allowed dogs but NOTHING about this property, inside and out, was suitable to have dogs there. Outside patio was dirty and beat up, plus used charcoal was everywhere. Red fire ants were ALL over grass areas so you couldn’t be anywhere but upper deck. Notification about large pipes on the beach due to restoration project should have been shared as well. Lizards in bottom level bedroom were a constant nuisance. Plaster breaking from master bath ceiling was a daily clean up. Water leaked through garage ceiling daily from leak in master bath shower. A little disappointed with our first Vrbo rental experience.

We rented this property for the xmas week for 6 adults (all family) and it was perfect. The floors were just upgraded and house painted before we got there so it looked even better than the photos we saw. The rooms were spacious and 2 of them were ocean view. The primary bedroom was huge. Beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. All the bedrooms had TVs as well as the living room. Kitchen was spacious and had pretty much everything we needed. Dining room table was large which was great for dinners and playing games. The view was remarkable. We had beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There were for chairs and a porch swing on the deck for hanging out. We also had our own private entrance to the beach. There is plenty of parking inside the garage as well as in the driveway. There is an extra fridge in garage that came in handy. There is a 4th bedroom garage level that looked really cozy. We were able to bring our small dog which was a must so we were really happy they allowed dogs. We did have an issue with the propane fireplace nd I called the management company and they had someone there within the hour. I had a couple of other questions and texted with David at A1 Property Management and he was very responsive! I highly recommend this property and the location. You are close to restaurants and activities. Perfect for families or groups of friends.

I rented this property so that we could all be together and have room to be comfortable. It was my 4 adult children, their significant others and 2 grands. It was a beautiful place and even better than the pics since it had been freshly painted with new flooring. The bedrooms are very roomy and there was plenty of space in the kitchen and living room and I loved that we could all eat at the same table. I would love to come back in the summer!!

The "Little House" is not little. Every room has plenty of space. The kitchen has room for many people to work together. Every convenience is supplied. The porch is well furnished with excellent views. The property management is superb- making sure everything is in great condition. I hope we get to come again!
