Welcome to “The Ocean Club of Kure Beach,” your oceanfront retreat currently undergoing a full renovation. Enjoy a swim in the optionally heated pool, relax with your friends in the hot tub, or take sunrise walks on the beach while vacationing in this beautiful 6-bedroom home. Walk or bike to grab a bite to eat, do some shopping, or better yet take a walk on the beautiful beach to watch the pelicans and find some seashells. This extraordinary home invites you to relax, recharge, and reconnect with family and friends in a private resort-style setting.
In addition to its fabulous location, this comfortable home features three levels of living space and many amenities, inside and out. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel transported to your own seaside sanctuary — where the comfort of home meets the tranquility of a world-class retreat. Step out from your private dune deck onto the soft sands of Kure Beach’s pristine shoreline and begin your day with the sound of rolling waves.
The home’s main living space is located on the second floor. The great room is bright and open, allowing the panoramic ocean view to fill the room. Relax and catch up with loved ones in the comfortable living area, with a gas fireplace available for use during the cooler months of the year. An additional sitting area in the great room offers a space to curl up with a good book or search for dolphins frolicking in the waves. The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped with all that you need to prepare meals for the duration of your stay. The dining area boasts a custom 12-person table and is situated so you can enjoy the gorgeous ocean view during meals. Step outside with your morning coffee to see the beautiful Kure Beach sunrise over the ocean or watch your family enjoying their time in the pool. Two bedrooms and two full baths complete the second floor of the home all with access to the oceanside deck.
On the third floor, you’ll find two bedrooms with a shared full bathroom, as well as a suite made up of a large bedroom, private sitting room, private deck and full bathroom, all facing East so you may enjoy the amazing ocean view.
On the ground level you’ll find one more bedroom, a full bathroom, and a large game room with a bumper pool table and a kitchenette with a wet bar. Kids of all ages will enjoy the pinball machine, Mrs. Pac Man and Fast and Furious arcade race game. From the rec room, step outside to enter the large resort-style pool deck complete with a cabana that houses a tiki bar, an outdoor TV, six-person plywood dining table, outdoor ping pong, bar swings, and more. The spacious lounge area provides additional seating, barbeque grill, a pool basketball set, hot tub, and a cornhole set. The expansive 14’ x 34’ pool complex is the ultimate outdoor showstopper — a private oasis designed for both relaxation and entertainment.
The beach is accessible via your own private beach walkway, complete with a dune bench that provides yet another relaxing area to take in the view of the Atlantic Ocean. With ample parking, this home is a comfortable and spacious beach getaway.
