This two-bedroom and two-bathroom cottage is perfect for couples or families and the furriest members in your group. The dogs will love the large, fenced in backyard, where you will find the primary entrance, and the people will love the modern kitchen and comfortable amenities. Please note that to gain entry to the property, you will need to utilize the entrance on the backside of the cottage.

In the bedrooms you'll find a Queen bed in the primary room, then a Full plus a Twin bed in the guest room. If that is not enough there is a sleeper sofa in the Living Room. Speaking of not enough, if the two inside showers are full, pop outside for a shower al fresco. You'll find a great patio and grill out there too. Inside we've got fast wireless internet and a Keurig coffee maker so a fresh cup of joe is never far away.

The property is within walking distance to the Kure Beach Pier and all the fun restaurants around. Kure Beach is a fantastic place to enjoy great dining, fishing on the pier, a day at the aquarium or the historic Fort Fisher, or simply relax and soak up the sun on the beautiful beach. Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.

Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
