On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms, one full bathroom and the laundry area. One of the ground floor bedroom boasts three Twin beds, and the other bedroom is complete with a Queen bed. The first floor is home to the living room, beautiful kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and one half bathroom. On the second floor you will find the oceanfront master bedroom with a Queen bed, private bathroom and covered deck, and the guest bedroom on this floor also has a Queen bed with private bath.

Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
