"everything about this property was lovely. only thing, kids could find the gaming console (not that i minded lol) and the ad made it sound like the pool was just outside but infact its a small stroll down the road. still enjoyed our swim etc but was one of the deciding factors to stay here when we thought the pool was right there. But that's nothing major, everything else was as described and beds were comfy. would recommend :) "

"We had a great stay. The area is very quiet. There's a great cafe restaurant directly across the street and the patio of the cafe faces the sea. Every Saturday there's live music from 3-6pm. The bus runs runs right in front of the complex so it's easy to get to Smithfield mall in less than 15 minutes on the 120 bus or Cairns Central Shopping Center where you can find groceries at Coles or Woolworths. "I've stayed in hotels around the World but I had the worst experience of my life in this hotel. When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist asked me for my credit card to pay the total amount for the 3 nights. I immediately told her that I already paid upon reservation and she said I was right. When I left the hotel I have been charged the full amount once more!! This is definitely a fraudulent scheme since I clearly said that I had paid for the hotel earlier and the receptionist confirmed it....

"First when we arrived , I have noticed my Room Main Tv was broken , I have immediately notified one of the staff member, sent email and called after hours staff member on the phone but for 4 days there was no contact at all from anyone I did get an email saying someone will contact me on saturday which never happened, Both rooms had different facility. Room 1 did not have a espresso machine and sodastream . So all on all both rooms have different facility but same charges???"
