I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Although the hotel is listed as 3 stars, I found the price to be higher compared to the facilities and services provided.
The atmosphere felt unprofessional. The hotel is family-run, but this does not mean guests should feel constantly observed, the owner’s family were often around the reception and pool area, giving unnecessary looks to guests as they entered or left. This made the stay uncomfortable.
Another strange practice was that staff would begin mopping and cleaning during breakfast hours, which disrupted the dining experience.
Breakfast itself was another disappointment: served only from 8:00 to 10:00, just 2 hours in total, which is unusually short and inconvenient for a tourist area. Starting breakfast so late makes it even more impractical.
Additionally, no drinking water was provided in the room upon arrival. For guests who usually arrive after long travel, this lack of basic hospitality is surprising.
Overall, there is a clear lack of professionalism and attention to guest comfort. I believe the management should seriously improve their services to justify the price and the 3-star rating.
