"Good location if a little difficult to find initially. Room was perfect for what we needed during our stay, especially having a washing machine! Great communication and very helpful- it was especially nice having breakfast brought to the room each morning!"

"Great studio flats, we rented 2 flats for convenience. It's very clean and you have everything that you need - fast internet connection, hot water in the shower, kitchen amenities. The pressure of water in the shower was really great. We stay just 3 nights, but definitely, if we will stay in Ksamil one more time - will come back again and maybe will rent 3 flats for our big group :) No reason to stay closer to sea - even by foot it's not too far and here in Vila Malo you have a great price and...

"This apartment is a great size for a couple or even a family of 4! Our bed was was on a separate level which we loved and we had our own patio space! The grocery store is no more then a 5 minute walk and the main strip was no more then a 20 minute walk! "

"We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The location is excellent — just about 10 minutes from the city center, which made getting around super easy. The view from our room was lovely, offering a charming look over the city. The room itself was clean, quiet, and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. Definitely a great choice for both convenience and comfort!"

The owner was rude and kept brushing me off kept saying that he was going to show everything and he didn’t we constantly had to ask for more clean towels. The beds were very uncomfortable, constantly had to ask for them to come clean the room. We were told they should come every 3 days to clean that didn’t happen when we requested to leave he lied saying he couldn’t because Expedia had the money we contacted Expedia we were told that they couldn't...

"O quarto onde ficamos, não tinha isolamento acústico, nem nas paredes, nem nos vidros. O hotel, infelizmente, é hospedado por pessoas de várias “espécies “, jovens que não respeitam o próximo, com som e comportamentos inapropriados, e famílias com crianças com comportamentos inadequados também.. O ruído externo também prejudica o descanso. A porta estava quebrada, entrando ruído externo e não funcionando a chave eletrônica.. As toalhas de piscinas, você só pode trocar 1X, ou seja, se molhar na piscina, terá que ficar o dia inteiro com ela.."

Rua tranquila uma boa praia na frente ( precusa) pagar 20 euros dia ombrelone e duas cadeiras) sugiro o hotel fazer uma parceria para baixar valor para hóspedes hotel. Café da manhã muito bom. Tem um restaurante excelente na praia Shopra 20 passos do hotel. Tudo novo no hotel bem decorado. "

"Incrível estadia . O hotel é absolutamente perfeito . Ótimo custo benefício , staff muito gentil ,prestativo e eficiente . Café da manhã muito bem preparado ,enorme variedade e muito saboroso . O quarto é limpíssimo , novo ,confortável e muito arejado e iluminado . A piscina é ótima , limpa ,de bom tamanho e com infra confortável . Valeu muito a pena este hotel . Fez total diferença chegar no hotel e ter ele sempre limpo ,arrumado e com o staff sempre com um sorriso no rosto para tornar a estadia memorável . "
