"Such a great spot close to the mountain! Everything was neat and clean and in good condition. Had everything I needed: stove, oven, sink, dishes, full bathroom, bed, great living space, plus the pool and hot tub. I had an amazing time staying here and I'd definitely come back! Thank you for letting me stay!"

"The property layout was perfect. Nice deck was a bonus. Spacious and clean. Things were a bit dated and could use updating but everything worked. The message you a number to see what you needed to do was kind of awards but it worked. Great location and nice view!"

"Lost a star because the fireplace didn’t work for our entire stay. Admittedly, they tried to fix it, but couldn’t. Was very communicative with the manager, but it was just a bummer to not have a fireplace working during these cold ski weekends (it’s like the best part after a long day skiing!). "

"Excellent communication, and very convenient location. The updates that were done in 2020 still look very nice. Just a couple of things to note: there was hair on the wall in the shower, shower drained extremely slowly, also the couch had dirt on it. The water and ice cube dispenser from the fridge does not work.Overall, really a very nice property, and I would recommend it. Thank you!"

"The 1 BR condo unit was adequate for our 3 night stay. There was plenty of drawer space for our luggage items. We were able to cook meals for ourselves. The kitchen was a bit tight to work in. The glassware was a bit limited requiring daily dishwasher runs. It could use a few more amenities like measuring cups and spoons for cooking.The place could use some updating but it worked."

"We come to Grand Lake every few weeks and have stayed at almost every establishment in the town. We initially loved the room but while we were unpacking, we started to see ants and flies throughout the space. I spent the entire day Sat killing ants and flies. The kitchen sink was dirty and needed to be cleaned before I could use it. Communication with the host was difficult until I found a manager Friday morning that finally helped me. "Incredibly disappointed in how our check in came together. There was much confusion that, unfortunately cost us a day of our vacation with little flex from the management about what happened in our situation. Additionally, the place doesn't have any current information about Steamboat. All of the magazines and info are at least 2 years old. And there was no information about where the hot tub and pool were so we didn't get to experience that either. So all in all it was a lack luster...
