This beautiful oceanfront villa is located in Sabadeco. Relax in the private pool and enjoy the sunset and ocean views from your spacious terrace. Comfortable and high quality accommodation fully furnished and equipped. There is a washer as well as a dryer.
The villa features three bedrooms (all with AC), two bathrooms and accommodates up to six people. The living area and kitchen also have AC.
Beach access through stairs shared with the villa next door. Great diving and snorkeling right in front of your own villa!

Absolutely wonderful location with access to superb snorkeling and diving right off the patio. We have been to Bonaire 5 times and really like this location. It is only minutes from town, but is incredibly quiet and private. Dive Friends Hamlet Oasis is also only minutes away located at the Cliffs dives site and was never crowded to get tanks. Wonderful stay.

Great house to stay in. It had everything you could possibly need. It was clean, well furnished, very comfortable beds, and air conditioning in all rooms. Rob responded quickly to any questions I had, and when I let him know the blender would not make frozen drinks, he brought a new one the next day. It made the best and fastest BBC's of any blender I've ever used. We enjoyed sitting on the patio reading and watching the hummingbirds. We also had Venezuelan Tropials coming in for the sugar we put out. In addition we were visited by two cats and an iguana. I would definitely book Crown Ridge 13 again!

Great stay!

Everything was great! Super clean. Quiet neighborhood. When we called the Management number it was answered immediately and our problem was fixed ASAP. Would definitely stay here again. Andrea I was a great place to snorkel too and it was at the bottom of our beach stairs!

Beautiful views

The Crown Ridge property has a back yard view that was absolutley stunning. Finding the spot was easy. As long as you follow the one house number that comes up on gps for that area. The house has everything you need. The property manager is quick to respond with any questions you have. The bedrooms were good size, ac worked great.nice to have a pool in the back yard. House was clean and tidy. In description should state that you have a jack and Jill bath and the only way to get to back bedroom is to walk through bathroom and other bedroom. Unless you go outside. Some things that need to be fixed, the tiles in the pool. And the dryer also did not work while we were there. Manager said they would have it looked at once we left. This did not help while we were there so We hung out clothes on the line in garage. House also should have blankets for beds not just bed spreads and extra linens and towels. Beds were comfy, house was homey. Spent a lot of time on patio and loungers just enjoying the breeze the views and the stars. Would recommend . Just know you are about 15 mins from town. But no traffic on any of the days we were there. Thanks For sharing your house with us.

Great Property

Amazing location and house. Only thing minor issue was the property needed some TLC. Broken blinds, window screens with holes (let’s in bugs). Overall still loved our stay. Property managers were great.

Amazing location with high caliber water access. The views were so impressive, we only went out to eat once. Why go to a restaurant for seaside dining when you can do it from home?

Beautiful place!

This was our first visit to Bonaire. This villa was awesome. There was a lot of room as it was just the two of us. The sofa in the living room was so comfortable. Having an alarm system was an added bonus. The guidebook that’s provided before our arrival was very informative. Just wish there was a jacuzzi. It is our favorite way to unwind after a day at the beach.

Amazing property. Tons of space inside and out. Clean and fully stocked . Literally 30second walk down the steps to one of the top 10 recommended snorkeling spots on.Bonaire. Tremendous sunset views every evening. Tip: rent beach chairs, umbrella and beach cooler from Joor Beach Supply.

Top Notch Vacation Villa

The location of the villa cannot be beat. It was so convenient for our family to have beach and pool access right from the property. To be minutes away from 1000 Steps was also a treat! The neighborhood was quiet and clean and the house was lovely. With some rainy parts of the trip, it was nice to be relaxing in a house, rather than a hotel room. Communication with the property manager was easy and pleasant. We hope to visit again, soon!

Did not want to leave and will return!

We had a a fabulous 2-week stay and already miss being there. We were so fortunate in finding this villa for our vacation which exceeded our expectations. Working with the property managers Rob and Zwaantje enhanced our experience throughout our pre-trip planning, on arrival, and during our stay. Replies to questions were immediate and exceptionally helpful. Before our stay, we were provided with a wonderfully helpful digital Guide Book with all the information and links needed for the rental and the island. The beautiful villa itself was more than perfect. It was spacious, comfortable, perfectly located, private, equipped, easy access to the beach for snorkeling or diving, beautiful views, and with our own private pool! We also had delightful, delicious, and memorable evenings with Melissa Sailing and Chef Bonaire and other dining experiences. We are already talking about planning our return! Thank you for such a wonderful anniversary vacation! ♥️

Great Location

Perfect location. Walk down the steps and go snorkeling or diving. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need with pots, pans, utensils. Nice amount of spices left behind made cooking easy.

Great house in a great location

We all loved staying at this house. It's in a great, quiet neighborhood with the Andrea dive site right in front. You cannot beat the view either. It is very close to town which made it really convenient when we wanted to eat out, go grocery shopping or visit some shops. A lot of what you'll need is already available at the house. The hosts were really responsive/helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing vacation

I traveled with my husband and our three children, ages 12-17. We all had a wonderful time. Some of the best snorkeling on the island just steps away! We enjoyed sitting outside and watching the sunset and the parrots fly past us every evening. This was our first visit to Bonaire and it exceeded our expectations. Accommodations were perfect!

Crown Ridge Stay

Five Stars! This was our second stay at the Crown Ridge villas operated by Paradise Rentals Bonaire/VRBO. This is a seamless vacation. The property is very clean and updated. The house has everything you could need. The pool is sparkling clean and is maintained by a pool person. The views are beautiful, and Andrea 1 is right down the stairs from the house. It's wonderful to sit on the terrace and listen to the parrots and watch the hummingbirds. Bonaire is a great place to visit. We are excited to come back next year and stay at Crown Villas again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at crown ridge 13. Absolutely beautiful view and great snorkeling just steps away. Great communication with owners before we arrived. Very helpful that all light switches were labeled. Pool was nice and clean. Some of the beds could use a new mattress but that could be personal preference. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Bonaire is Our Family's Caribbean Home

Being able to walk out the back door and onto one of the major dive sites on the Island is a dream and can't be beat. It's an easy drive to town and some of the major sites. Our family particularly likes the Crown Ridge, Sabadeco area and this place is right in the middle. Everything you need in the kitchen and plenty of towels. We recommend it for groups of 6 or under, especially if you snorkel and dive. Rob and Zwaantje were very responsive with communications before we arrived and during our stay. Enjoy your stay!

Great Villa and Location

We're a family of four and we simply loved our stay at Crown Ridge 13! This was our first visit to Bonaire and we were looking for a villa with a private pool in a quiet area. The added bonus was there is a great snorkelling site right outside the property, so we were out there for a few hours every day. The villa itself is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The hosts Rob and Zwaantje were very responsive and helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. Most evenings we would take the short drive into town where there is a good selection of restaurants for dinner. A great time was had by all and we'd definitely stay at Crown Ridge 13 again!

Down the steps right into Andrea 1

We've been to Bonaire over a dozen times and always stay in Sabadeco. This villa is lovely: private patio overlooking the ocean with plenty of outdoor furniture and VERY convenient access to Andrea 1. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Any questions you have are quickly answered by Rob and/or Zwantje (so?). Great place to stay!
