You will love this cute apartment under it's own roof, if you enjoy an inside / outside life-style, "bird traffic", and a quiet residential neighbourhood. The place is meant for 1 or 2 adults, who appreciate their own little private space and tranquility as much as nature & modern living.

The kitchen is fully equipped, even with an oven, so you can easily prepare your favourite foods.

Dedicated work space:
We'll be glad to set this up for you at the table in the living room, if you wish. With a monitor, an office chair and a surge protector for 110 V and 220 V.

Guest Access:
You'll have your very own space with a separate entrance from your own off-street parking spot.

Interaction with guests:
Dear guests, our little sidehouse is meant to be your private space, where you can feel more like a resident than like a visitor.

We are permanently living next door with our dogs and cat and bunnies, ducks and water turtles. And we are there for you, if you need us.

With regards to interaction: Our take is: "If it is happening, great. If it doesn't happen, great." We entirely leave the choice for or against it up to you and will go with the flow. :-)
