"The place is very quiet. The location is good. The common area on the 2F was very nice, and confortable. There is nobody working there. "朝食が値段と触れ込みの割に寂しい"

"Our host Yoshi and the staff at Toe Library were incredibly welcoming, offering us tips around the neighborhood and, when we left, a bag of delicious Japanese cookies. The room itself was cozy, well-appointed, and full of personality—and we especially appreciated that because we happened to be there during a typhoon and spent a lot of time lounging there as we waited for the worst of the storm to pass. "This is a wonderful place to stay. The area was clean, and the property provided helpful instructions for garbage disposal, transportation, and places to go nearby. This is an amazing location that is extremely close to Shinjuku downtown, and many other cities by train. The property was extremely responsive, and supported us through check in processes. I would recommend this stay! Thank you Gennoya!"

"受付の年配の方の対応が悪かったいうか、会話が出来ない感じです。"
