"My first time to Kona. Check in was super easy. The property was a walking distance to shopping centers. My only draw back was that the small fan. It wasn't keeping the room as cool as I preferred it to be. However, overall, it was a great place to stay. I would recommend this place to people."

"This was a perfect place for my son and I to stay, with a bedroom for me and a couch for him. The hostess was super nice, and they even left us some fresh local fruit! Everything is newly updated and nice, and the neighborhood is quiet except for the frogs. Highly recommend!"

"Was sufficient for my short stay, didn't spend much time in the studio room, nor was able to use the amenities. Weather was chilly and raining. Close to beach but not swimmable due to weather. Restaurants and small stores are directly behind the property so no need to drive. The only issue is the limited parking, but the on street parking did help."
