The views will provide you with endless hours of seasonal whale watching and ocean views. Poipu Kapili is one of the finest resorts on Kauai. With only 60 units on five beautifully-landscaped acres Poipu Kapili offers maximum privacy. Relax and enjoy the view from the pool and BBQ area as well. Keep in shape and play tennis at one of the two courts located on site.

Snorkeling and beach swimming is across the street adjacent to the Sheraton Hotel. Enjoy an evening walk to restaurants and shops at the nearby Poipu Village or Kukui'ula Shopping Center which features 'Roys' restaurant. Located on the sunny south shore of Poipu near world famous beaches, the Garden Isle of Kauai will not disappoint.

The condo and property are gorgeous! The view is lovely from the lanai. I had my morning coffee there every day and many of my evening meals. My body may be back at home, but my mind and soul are still there. The condo has everything you need for your stay. The bed is very comfortable for a great night's sleep. I also appreciated having air conditioning as it made for a very comfortable stay. 10/10 would stay here again!!

Excellent Vacation

The property was better than our expectations. Lots of extras like laundry detergent, sun screen, and other consumables that you usually don't get. Great location in walking distance to waterfront resorts/restaurants and shopping. Well equipped kitchen was great for preparing meals at home.

Great condo!! The unit is everything in the pictures and more. It was very well insulated. I never heard the neighbors even though they were there most the same times we were. It was soooo clean!! Great attractions and shopping near by. You should stay here!!!

We loved this condo

We are so impressed at how comfortable, clean and well appointed this condo is. The managers make it really easy to arrive and get settled with excellent communication, and that excellent communication continues when you get there. The furnishings are super comfortable. The AC keeps the temperature perfect without leaving you feeling like you are in a cooler. This is the kind of rental you can spend lots of time in relaxing and being comfortable, using as a home base for your other activities, or both. We will surely stay here again. Thank you to the owners and managers who have put such excellent care and attention into making this an excellent destination.

Perfect Stay

Everything it promised in the listing and more. Kitchen… quality appliances and ample dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils. Bathrooms clean with ample TP for our stay which a lot of places just give you a role or two and then you need to buy. That seems like a small detail but this property covers it all including the little things like that and I appreciate that kind of attention to detail. Washer dryer was a huge plus, full size and quality. Pool and beach towels quality and beach chairs and more were available for our use. Cynthia was responsive prior to and during our stay to answer any questions I had. I plan on returning to this property again!

Awesome Poipu Condo!

This condo is in the perfect location for visiting Kauai. Easy access to all sides of the island. The condo itself was fully stocked with all the items you need for a short or long stay. We stayed 5 nights and cooked breakfast every morning and sat on the patio and ate and gazed at the ocean. It was the best! Bed slept very well and having 2 bathrooms make things very convenient. No fighting for getting ready space! AC worked very well too, very important for travelers from a hot summer climate. Also beach chairs, umbrella and other beach items are included! Thank you Cynthia for a great time!! We will be back!!

Poipu Kapili was a beautiful and wonderful place to stay. It was exceptionally clean, had everything we could possibly need as far as cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes and silverware, linens, bathroom products, beach towels, and etc. The balcony gave us a wonderful view of the swimming pool and ocean. The beds were so comfortable. We hope to return.

The Best!

My only regret about our stay was that I forgot to write in the guestbook to tell Cynthia how much we enjoyed her absolutely fabulous unit! Everything was first class - from the furnishings throughout to the dishes, glasses, pots and pans, etc. in the kitchen to the beach supplies and to the very much appreciated central air (it was very warm the week we were there)! Our group rented 3 other units which were not Cynthia's and everyone was in awe of how wonderful our unit was! Even our beach towels were one level up from everyone else! The 3-ring binder on the desk was my Bible during the week - everything pertinent to the unit (like the tv and the always challenging remotes!) was carefully organized and fully explained. The view from the unit was beautiful - we looked out onto the pool, lawn and the gorgeous Pacific Ocean. In fact, one day there was a wedding on the lawn! I could go on and on with my praise! We had one small incident - couldn't get the Roku remote to work - it just needed a charge and that was remedied in no time! Yup! It was wonderful!
