LUXURY VILLA - 3BR/3BA with Pool & A/C - Short Walk to Beaches

The Sugar Sands Villa boasts folding glass doors that extend the 1900-square foot luxury villa to the lanai, where you can enjoy beautiful tropical views of the Po'ipu Greenbelt and lounge outdoors from the comfort of the living room. The Villa is located within walking distance (5 mins) to some of the Island’s best beaches as well as the Grand Hyatt. After a day of exploring all that Kauai has to offer you can retreat to the comfort of central air conditioning. This ground floor unit is equipped with high-end furnishings and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen.

For families bringing young children, the villa is equipped with a Pack N Play (please bring your own sheets), High Chair, child-friendly dishes and utensils, beach umbrella and sand toys. There are no stairs - everything is located on the ground floor so no need to worry about any potential tumbles.

Property amenities include a resort-style pool and hot tub, bbqs, fitness center, clubhouse and access to the Po'ipu Kai Tennis Club. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and towels are provided for your enjoyment. There is ample parking located just steps outside our unit. We have on-island staff available to meet all of your vacation needs.

Sleeping Arrangements:
- First master suite includes a king bed, en-suite bathroom with dual shower heads, dual vanity, and stand-alone soaking tub.
- Second master suite includes a king bed and its own en-suite bathroom with dual shower heads.
- The third bedroom includes two twin beds and a full size fold-able floor mattress perfect for a child. The third full bathroom also includes dual shower heads.
- The sleeper sofa is located in the family room and includes a pull out queen sofa bed with upgraded air dream mattress.

We STRONGLY RECOMMEND purchasing travel insurance / trip protection to protect your vacation investment from unforeseen circumstances such as sickness, injury, travel delays, job loss, inclement weather, and more. There are several companies online that can provide this to you at a nominal cost to your overall vacation investment.

If you would like to guarantee an early check in or late check out, we recommend booking an additional night on the front end or back end of your stay. This will allow you to check in or check out as late as you need to accommodate your travel plans. Otherwise, early check in and late check out requests will be subject to availability and cleaning schedules.

*A holiday booking spanning both Christmas and New Year's will require a two week minimum.

Please note: The State of Hawaii is currently considering Senate Bill 1396, which proposes a 0.75% increase in the Transient Accommodations Tax; if approved, this additional tax may apply to bookings starting January 1, 2026, and will be billed separately.
