Upon execution of this Rental Agreement by Guest, Guest does hereby release Owner and family, employees, and representatives from any and all liability arising out of use by Guest or any invitees of any portion of the property or related facilities. Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of personal belongings that occur while on the premises or its facilities. A safe is provided for your valuables. The tennis court and swimming pool are both keyed and fenced for your safety. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Renters are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to visit the premises.
Owner is not responsible for construction or maintenance at a property that is outside the unit and no refunds will be given for these inconveniences.
The Owners are not responsible to Renter for damage or trip disruption due to severe weather, rain, flood, hurricane, fire, and the like. We encourage Renter(s) consider purchasing Travel Insurance for their protection such as through Travel Guard.
