"We were a honeymoon couple and we were not given the category of room which we had asked for and booked for- floating room. Whilst booking we had called the hotel that we particularly want the floating room when booked with expedia but not given. Even the staff is lousy. Expedia staff kept calling the hotel but the night Reception staff kept hanging their phone without answering and finally kept the phone aside.spoiled our honeymoon plans. "

"Wonderful hotel right on the lake. Very easy check-in and friendly staff who went out of their way to assist throughout our short stay. Very clean rooms and superb quality - fantastic value - an absolute bargain for the price. The infinity pool is amazing - only minor issue is that there are only two sunbeds. There was a complementary boat ride on the lake that we only found out about at check-in which was fantastic. Its only a short ride into town and the boat jetty to take the "

"Great place, quiet, secluded beach, close enough to shops and restaurants at Varkala Beach- 100-200 rupees in a tuk tuk. Hotel staff go out of their way to help you, they arranged our transport wherever we wanted to go and prices were fantastic"
