A bright and cozy semi-detached house built in 2005, located in the village of Äkäslompolo in the Kaulavaara area (Koppelontie 1). The apartment has 50 m² on the ground floor and 25 m² in the loft.

The apartment includes a well-equipped combined kitchen/living room, a bedroom with 2 beds and a walk-in closet, an electric sauna, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and a tumble dryer. The spacious loft has 3 beds (can be separated by curtains into 2+1), a writing desk, and a seating area. Ample storage space is available.
