High-quality, atmospheric 120 m² cabin with a spacious loft located in Ylläsjärvi village, 37 km northeast of Kolari railway station. The cabin features a well-equipped, high-standard kitchen, dining area, and a high-ceilinged, cozy living room with a fireplace. There are two bedrooms: one with two separate beds and the other with a double bed. The loft has two separate beds, a double bed, and a sofa set. There is a glass wall between the loft and the living room. Sauna (instant ready stove), bathroom with 2 showers and a WC, plus a separate WC. Two drying cabinets and a washer–dryer tower. Covered cooling-off terrace adjacent to the sauna. Heated storage/ski maintenance room and a spacious carport. Covered outdoor spaces on both sides of the house. Separate kota-style lean-to shelter in the yard.

The cabin’s location is excellent—right next to the illuminated cross-country ski trail that circles Ylläs Fell and, in summer, beside the mountain-biking/fitness track. You can ski to the cabin from the west-side ski lift of Finland’s largest ski resort with only a short push.

Child equipment: travel cot, high chair, and potty.

Electric-car charging is available at the carport’s charging station for an additional fee.
