"This is wonderfully well-managed property. From the moment I checked in until checkout, the staff were incredibly kind, thoughtful,and helpful. "Viajámos no meio de dezembro/18 e ao escolher o quarto optámos por pagar mais e ficar num quarto em promoção com piscina privada. Quando chegámos ao hotel percebemos porquê, o edificio onde ficava o quarto estava em obras, estando apenas parte dele disponivel. FIcámos instalados num 3º andar sem elevador e com obras a decorrer das 8h às 17h mesmo ao lado do quarto. Demonstrámos desagrado no check in mas disseram estar cheios e não houve muito a fazer (a opção era ir para um quarto ainda mais...

"Eine ganz wundervolle Unterkunft! Wir haben uns sofort total wohl gefühlt, der Empfang war sehr herzlich und unser Bungalow mit dem Ausblick war ein Traum. Es gab jeden Tag kostenloses Wasser und die best gefüllte Minibar die wir je gesehen haben, zu absolut fairen Preisen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann gleich vor Ort einen Roller mieten und die Hotelhunde waren ganz zauberhaft! Wir wurden auf kurzfristige Anfrage vom Pier abgeholt, sowie auch wieder zurück...
