"Viajámos no meio de dezembro/18 e ao escolher o quarto optámos por pagar mais e ficar num quarto em promoção com piscina privada. Quando chegámos ao hotel percebemos porquê, o edificio onde ficava o quarto estava em obras, estando apenas parte dele disponivel. FIcámos instalados num 3º andar sem elevador e com obras a decorrer das 8h às 17h mesmo ao lado do quarto. Demonstrámos desagrado no check in mas disseram estar cheios e não houve muito a fazer (a opção era ir para um quarto ainda mais...

"the hotel is "fine", but not worth the price nor the title. the staff makes a big effort to please and I am thankfull to them, but the place is absolutely not worth the price. there are much better places to stay in Koh Chang at a fraction of this price. the hotel is badly mantained and very very old instalations (very "used"); there is no beach, the gardens are not mantained and the transfer to Kho white Beaches happens only 4 times a day with last one at 19:00..."

"Bodde i villa närmast vattnet, helt fantastiskt fina och ligger närmast både restaurang /bar och poolen, mycket bra val! Vi hade 4 villor, alla likadana men det finns bara 3 stycken närmast vattnet och jag kan verkligen rekommendera att välja dessa trots högre pris. Magiskt att sitta och se solen gå ner från verandan. Mycket hårda sängar är allt vi kan klaga på. "
