"This is wonderfully well-managed property. From the moment I checked in until checkout, the staff were incredibly kind, thoughtful,and helpful. It is evident that this chain does an excellent job in training staff to meet the needs of its clientele. The room was very comfortable with everything in great working order. "Eine ganz wundervolle Unterkunft! Wir haben uns sofort total wohl gefühlt, der Empfang war sehr herzlich und unser Bungalow mit dem Ausblick war ein Traum. Es gab jeden Tag kostenloses Wasser und die best gefüllte Minibar die wir je gesehen haben, zu absolut fairen Preisen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann gleich vor Ort einen Roller mieten und die Hotelhunde waren ganz zauberhaft! Wir wurden auf kurzfristige Anfrage vom Pier abgeholt, sowie auch wieder zurück...

"Viajámos no meio de dezembro/18 e ao escolher o quarto optámos por pagar mais e ficar num quarto em promoção com piscina privada. Quando chegámos ao hotel percebemos porquê, o edificio onde ficava o quarto estava em obras, estando apenas parte dele disponivel. FIcámos instalados num 3º andar sem elevador e com obras a decorrer das 8h às 17h mesmo ao lado do quarto. Demonstrámos desagrado no check in mas disseram estar cheios e não houve muito a fazer (a opção era ir para um quarto ainda mais...

"My stay was lovely, really liked the island and the hotel. Very comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast was nice and simple. I did think the food in the hotel was a bit too expensive (like a la carte menu) and not as nice as it could be and was a bit annoying that they dont let us take the food into the bedroom. Privet beach is very clean and hotel staff provides kayak service on the beach, so you can watch see life and make a beautiful pictures. I would love to be back one day."
