The neighborhood is so quiet, yet it is only a short walk to convenience stores, a grocery store, many restaurants, and the train station. The host is great, they provided plenty of helpful information for first-time visitors to Japan. I would highly recommend staying here if you want a place in a quiet neighborhood that is an easy train ride into the heart of Tokyo."

"Location was perfect! Convenient to trains, food and shopping. We loved how every night when we got off at Kinshicho Station, we just looked up and followed the beautiful Tokyo Skytree back home. You can’t really tell how big the home is by the photos, but we were pleasantly surprised by this spacious and roomy 3-floor apartment. Amazing host! Prompt replies to any questions we had. "Nice location. Near from metro station and walkable distance to Asakusa area. Perfect place to big family. Everything was clean and tidy except quite old laundry machine. Some air freshener sprays at the toilet were empty. Hope to visit again! "

"It has everything we needed: 1) 5 beds for 5 of us. 2) Working appliances / facilities (washer, air conditioner, sink, shower, bath, lights, fridge). 3) Large "under the bed" area to store suitcases. 4) Enough electrical outlet to charge our devices. 5) Clean and new. 6) Self checking, checkout, and elevator in building. 7) Area is not far from train stations, but it's also quiet and not noisy. I did not communicate with building manager / host -- but there was also no need to."

"Den7 is convieniently close to the train station. It has plenty of sleeping space and a great location to serve as a home base as you explore Tokyo!"

"We loved the old authentic experience of the house. It had a lot of space and is located in an excellent area. On the downside, the kitchen sink is the only place to wash your hands after using the toilet which is pretty gross. Because there is only one sink to wash vegetables, do the dishes, drink water, shave, and clean your hands… the area gets pretty crowded. The beds are also substandard, just old mattresses on the ground. It would make a lot more sense to have a few rooms using Japanese...

"The rug in the living room was so dirty. The table provided was too small which was not suitable for 6ppl for dining. The cookware were so dirty as well. There was a tiny cockroach in the room that I stayed which located at the ground floor! "

"We loved the location and easy access to trains and nearby 7-11 and grocery. The house was wonderful for 4 adults, and big enough to accommodate more. We had a toilet get plugged during the stay and help was sent right away and resolved. I look forward to recommending this house to other friends that will visit. Worth every bit!"

"We enjoyed our time in this lovely house with responsive hosts. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the location close to a train station and small grocery store. We sat in the small garden admiring the vegetable plants while the hostess brought us tea. Memorable!"
