"My wife & I stayed at this house for a long Easter weekend while visiting our son at the University of Tennessee. We were 20 minutes from his apartment near campus and the drive to and from this house to campus was simple. The house was perfect for us and our dog. The kitchen has everything one would need. The property is great for walking our dog and sitting outside in the yard enjoying the views. Jaclyn could not have been easier with which to work. We plan to be back!"

"My young son and I stayed here for a few nights getaway and to be close to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg but be far enough away we could enjoy some down time. The cabin was perfect. Clean, well maintained, quiet, easy to get to, host was great to communicate with. We’d gladly stay there again. We enjoyed the outside space and hot tub as well. "

"Highly enjoyed staying at the "Reach for the Sky" cabin. Although there were a few homes in the area, it felt very secluded which was exactly what we were looking for! The place was extremely clean and Parvan and Tracey were great communicators and even suggested places to visit and where to eat. Would highly recommend for a couples' get-away!"

The expertise in design and decor while still capturing the age of the cabin. 3. We explored every inch of this 240 year old home. "Listen, I’m not one to give reviews. This place was amazing! It was clean, inviting, well decorated, had all the amenities (Including a disposal and gass stove). It was centrally located in downtown Knoxville on Gay Street. The sheets were even super comfortable and soft. There were many remarks about lighting and noise while sleeping. We did not personally experience that. The guests upstairs were also very quiet and the bar downstairs was far enough away that we did not experience issues with...

"We have three adults who come to at least one UT football game each year, and we have explored various hotel options. This time we tried this property from VRBO, and it was perfect. It was spacious and comfortable. We were able to walk to the game. Also, it was nice having all of us in the same location."

"It was a quick work trip. But the loft is super nice, easy to access and has a pay parking lot directly across the street. It was 32ish dollars for 24 hours. You will have to carry your bags/suitcase upstairs. The bed I slept in was comfortable. I’d easily rent again for future trips to Knoxville."
