"My husband and I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the quietness of the rooms. The room was clean and comfortable too. The breakfast area was great and the man working there was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay there again."

"I was visiting in Galesburg and had to book a room on short notice. The lady at the desk was very nice and polite at check in. i chose to walk up the carpeted steps which I noticed were dirty and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. After going to my room, I found that the tub had hairs and was not clean. I immediately went back down to the desk and asked for another room. She had no problem doing so and asked if I had taken a picture so she could say something to the staff. I did so and she...
