"We have stayed in several locations around Knoxville while visiting UT Medical. Old City is our favorite, and this loft was clean, comfortable, fun, and steps away from unique dining destinations and a short walk to Market Square. We had delicious dinner at Fiori, and for breakfast we did the short drive to Kern Food Hall and ate at Eggspectation. Definitely recommend a trip to Kern Food Hall. Check in/out was easy, & the host was very patient and helpful when we had a booking glitch on our end....

"This is a cute studio in Knoxville! There are shops and bars/restaurants down the street that we walked to, and we easily could have walked to all the sites downtown (but Lyft was less that 5 so we were lazy). Everything was great and we would stay here again if we return!"

"We stay here whenever we can when we go to Knoxville. The loft is very comfortable, and convenient for walking to Market Square and Old Town. It would be a long walk to campus so we drive there or take an Uber. It’s easy to check in and out of the loft and the owners are very responsive and nice."

"The room was very clean and quiet. I had no issues with the building. I did not feel the area was really very safe for walking to some of the nearby breweries and restaurants. However, it was not a big deal for me to drive to those places."

"Located within an historical property with modern conveniences in an excellent location with a beautiful view of the river. Excellent AC'd space and a comfortable bed aided sleep and rest. Parking space was a plus and fit her Jeep Renegade. Very convenient to conference at the Marriott down the hill."

"Amazing space in a great location. The condo is immaculate and the communication from the host was spot on. The only knock would be that it tends to get a bit noisy from the train that runs behind the unit."
