"In the middle of downtown Maryville. Shops, restaurants and night life just a step away. Grocery and other shops just a short drive from apartment. Place was clean and had all the amenities of home. Full kitchen, living area and private bathroom make it great for longer stays. Host responded in minutes thru the app and text and was always positive. "This was a lovely and convenient place to stay for visiting UTK. We were there for orientation and getting to campus was so easy….about a 5 minute walk to the student center. The parking was a major bonus. We were there when school was off so parking was ample. I am not sure about during the school year.
