"I was there for a meeting in Anchorage. This was about an hour outside of Anchorage and it's absolutely worth it. The drive is beautiful, the cabin is exactly what I needed, and the owners are easy to talk to and give great advice. Chris is a great guy. The cabin is tiny but completely functional. There's so much to do within a short drive from the cabin... this is a great basecamp if you want to poke around the area. I'll be back again, and next time I'll bring my wife. "

"Very clean and nice lodging. Owners were great at communicating. Perfect base camp for anyone wanting to explore the valley and glacier. Only criticism would be that the tv in bedroom was not functioning. Not a big deal, would definitely stay again. "

"Wonderfully peaceful, comfortable cabin. We felt isolated, but there are stores are just a few miles down the road when we needed something. Wished we had experienced viewing wildlife in the yard, but we were out exploring and maybe didn't spend enough time relaxing and enjoying the property. "

"The property was very clean and quiet and it sits on a beautiful lake and we were able to sit by a campfire enjoying the Northern Lights in all its glory. Communication with the host was very easy. 5 starts all the way around."

"This house was exactly as advertised. The master with the en suite was fabulous. Access to a washer and dryer was absolutely key. Kitchen was fully stocked equipment wise with a ninja blender, toaster etc. (No air fryer - that would have been an extra bonus). Minor issues: - drawers sticking in fridge and freezer - shampoo and conditioner provided was a great perk, I just wish it was slightly higher quality (dove or Pantene prov would be a step up). We would love to come back!!"

"The location is excellent: close enough to downtown Anchorage but far enough away to be on the edge between suburban and rural. The bedrooms are small, but the large beds are more appreciated than more floor space would be! The kitchen, dining area, and living room are well-apportioned and comfortable. Shauna and Kirk were very accommodating and responsive to messages."

"We had a wonder stay in this very clean and cozy cabin. Close enough to everything but far enough out to enjoy the quiet porch listening to the birds. We walked a bit, found some unique mushrooms. The beds and pillows are so incredibly comfortable. The Wi-Fi was hit and miss but we weren’t there to watch tv or use much technology. Sit on the porch and enjoy the views. Communication with owners was great. We would definitely recommend that you stay at Moose Landing. "
