"Little food options nearby. Everything was closed (including the gas station). Mold in wall above the shower. Notified the staff about it. They acted like they did us a favor by cleaning it. No laundry facilities onsite."

"The view of the Klamath river was beautiful, we sat on the porch in the rocking chairs and it was very pleasant. The lobby living room area is very welcoming and spacious with coffee and tea available all day/night. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We probably had the smallest room in the place (Room 15) so the only note would be that there was no place to leave our luggage out, we had to take out what we needed and put the luggage in the closet....

"Disgusting, dirty, infested with bugs, pubes found on bed. Stunk. Shower had urine smell to the point of eyes burning. They tried to air it but did not clean to satisfaction of having people stay there. "

"The place smelled like pee the furnishings are old and damaged the mini blinds are broken the kitchen stove was dirty and the cob webs on the light outside light that didn’t work, they don’t have air conditioning and the WiFi never worked"
