Always Included, complimentary linens and made beds!​​​​​​​ Spectacular Ocean, surf and sand views abound from the living areas and the upper deck, including from the hot tub, in this spacious 4500 sq. ft. home located in a quiet residential neighborhood away from traffic. Watch the sunset from the upper level Westside porch. Enjoy the surf sound and shade on the covered lower deck or take the elevated 80' private walkway to your dune deck and the beach.

An open floor plan on the main living level allows large families to enjoy separate activities while still maintaining a sense of togetherness. Another living room on the lower level provides a separate gathering space. For more outdoor enjoyment, you'll have access to the Soundside beach, parks and playgrounds. For your convenience, beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided. With all of this, Arches by the Sea is sure to be a hit with your family.

  • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Beautiful house, a bit of a steep incline on & off the beach, but amazing, close access & gorgeous view. The kitchen was very well stocked, clean, but the toilets didn’t easily flush. Great location, we loved our stay!
