Casa Bella offers something for everyone! Leisurely stroll to the beach, a short walk to the picturesque village of Duck for shopping and restaurants, easy access to the bike path, and more. Casa Bella is pet-friendly and welcomes you and all your family and friends to the Outer Banks.

The breathtaking views from Casa Bella's wraparound decking will soothe and refresh you. Wake up early for the sunrise and enjoy one of the best parts of the day. Cool ocean breezes caress you while you survey the beautiful scenery from the decks. Then, turn your chair around at the end of the day for breathtaking sunset views over the sound.

Retreat to the private pool (12'x 25') after your day at the beach. Soak away the salt and sand in the hot tub. Entertaining family and friends will be a breeze on the beautiful pool deck. Foosball, basketball, and other sports equipment will keep everyone active. Gather the family for volleyball games on the volleyball court. When you are ready for the beach (just 500 yards away), beach chairs and a beach cart are waiting for you.

Casa Bella has 8 Roku-ready TVs for your viewing pleasure, with quick and easy one-remote-does-it-all for each. Plus a DVD player, a variety of videos, and two sitting areas so that everyone can enjoy their favorite programs. Streaming from your own devices is a breeze, with strong WiFi signals throughout. The large open space on the top floor, surrounded on three sides by decks, is ideal for a leisurely evening of family fun and entertaining. Additional extras include 2 Charcoal Grills.

  • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. We really loved the size and location of Casa Bella. It was close to the beach and shops in Duck. Unfortunately, the house was in need of a thorough cleaning. It lacked even the most basic of materials. No mop or broom for the outside areas. Keeping the floors clean was a battle. Many of the remotes to the TVs didn’t work or were missing. The space was great but it needs some TLC.

Casa Bella in August

We liked the house. It was very clean. We did the linen package which helped since we were coming from Jersey. Loved the location of the house, easy to walk to some shops. Our 17 yr olds love that. The beach was with in walking distance. We did rent a golf cart. My elderly parents came with us so that helped in getting them to the beach. The only complaint was the grounds. We couldn’t use the volley ball court. It was covered in weeds and my husband weeded the pool area when we got there. That needed to be weeded as well. I understand that it’s hard to keep up with some of these things but we couldn’t use the volleyball court and that was disappointing. Other than that we had a nice stay.

A Wonderful Week in OBX

This house worked out beautifully for our family vacation in the Outer Banks. We had plenty of space and it was easy to communicate with Beach Realty as needed. We really enjoyed having a pool right on the property and having multiple decks were terrific! Would definitely recommend this home.

Great Stay

Great location

Beach Realty was very professional and helpful. House was a little dated but very clean and well stocked. Minor issues with pool service. Hot tub impeccable. Great Location and convenient to the beach and town of Duck.

Family fun

Family reunion week with 15 people. All enjoyed volleyball, pool, hot tub, outside decks, big family dinners, walks to Duck for shopping, donuts, and ice cream, and long days at the beach. we suggest you bring bikes or scooters to ride to the beach. Poolside and deck furniture - would have been so much better to enjoy outside with some decent lounge chairs. Overall house was great.

Long overdue vacation

The house location was an absolute A+. It is close to the shops and beach as well. The amenities and home layout was great for all the adults and kids. You can see and hear the ocean from the house. The sunrises and sunsets were the best. Very quiet neighborhood. Great place to stay for all ages and never heard “I’m bored” from the teenagers. The volleyball court was the highlight of the time spent at the house. Many laughs, challenges and smack-talk on that sand court. Back to the location, whether you want to go to Corolla, Kitty Hawk/Nags or simply explore Duck there is plenty to do in a close vicinity. I would suggest a gas grill but that did not, by no means dampen our trip. Thank you for providing a great place for our much needed vacation.

Was a great house. Could use some minor items inside but nothing we couldnt pick up cheap at Walmart. Overall amazing stay. Love the area. Golf cart rental was a must especially with young children.

Wonderful...

This was a great size and prime location for two young families from 1 yr old to 9. Ample space. Clean. Large rooms. Tvs in each room. And the pool was great!!! Fenced in with great space and good size pool. Only area of Improvement is the internet/WiFi. Slow and old. But it was a wonderful vacation and we would definitely stay again.

The house was super clean when we arrived and the checkin process was super easy. The beach was close enough to walk and the pool was a blast. We all loved it! Def recommend for families with kids!!

Good location

You can see the ocean from the 3rd floor balcony. You can easily walk to the ocean or into town. The pool and jacuzzi are nice. They don't leave you with any way to clean the sand out of the jacuzzi. There's sand everywhere. You can use the baby pool in the shed to rinse your feet prior to getting in the pool and jacuzzi.

Amazing find!

The house was beautiful! Enough space for 3 families with something for everyone. Our kids range from 16 years old to 15 months and they always had something to do. Pool was great we all enjoyed it! The playground and volleyball court were a great addition to our stay. Overall an amazing time! My only complaints are an updated list of items the house offers. We were told it didn’t have alot of things so we brought ours from home, but didn’t really need it because the house had it. The grill area could use a picnic table or something for the cook to put the food and such. The neighborhood was great! Loved the town of Duck! If we ever make another trip back, we hope to be Able to rent this home again! Thank you for opening your home up to strangers so they can make amazing memories :)
