Bed was not made well, towels were thrown on the bathroom rack and after asking for an iron it was not left. I called a total of 3 times to request an iron and board. "We were pleased with our stay at the Inn at Gig Harbor. The room was clean and comfortable and a nice breakfast buffet was offered. What really stood out, however, was the woman working the front desk. She had a long line of guests to check in, was also in charge of answering the phone, and had other responsibilities for the afternoon and evening, and she handled it all in the most pleasant and patient manner I think I've ever seen by hotel staff.
