If you want to be near the heart of the action, then look no further than this wonderful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa located within the Cumbrian Lakes gated community. A 15-minute car ride is all it takes to reach the Disney parks, with SeaWorld and Universal Studios needing slightly longer, at around 25 minutes. A few miles to the north is US192 with a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants to appeal to most tastes and budgets.

The surrounding area also offers an array of local activities, such as Medieval Times, mini golf, go-karts, and escape rooms, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy!

Back at your home there is plenty of space to unwind in the lounge or soak up the sun on the pool deck. This property features a spacious sparkling heated pool and spa! Here you can also enjoy an alfresco meal at the outside dining area complete with a table and seating making you feel right at home.

As you enter the villa you will find elegant tile floors throughout with luxury vinyl planks in the bedrooms. No carpets! The spacious private master suite overlooks the pool and comes with a comfortable king size bed, room darkening shades and a smart TV. The Master en-suite follows with a large walk-in tiled shower, heart shaped soaker tub and walk-in closet. The home also has 3 additional bedrooms (2 Queen Beds and 1 Bunks) all with their own TVs. There are 2 additional full sized family bathrooms with a tub and shower.
