Beautifully presented home overlooking a lake in a quiet gated community.

Fully air conditioned with the highest quality furniture and equipment throughout

Large 30ft x 15ft heated pool with bubble spa, large deck around with quality poolside furniture, 4 loungers and seating for 8. Deck lighting and pool light means it can be enjoyed in the evenings too. The pool has a safety fence. Pool heat can be added if required.

Light and airy living room, with 50" HDTV with NETFLIX, Apple TV & ROKU package, Bluetooth speaker, seating for 9, overlooking the pool and the lake

Fully equipped kitchen with many extra items - American fridge freezer dispensing ice and chilled water, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer etc. New Stove set

Flat screen TV & ROKU package in each bedroom, with DVD player in one twin room and Sony Play Station (PS2) playing DVDs in the other twin room

ROKU apps are provided for each TV which offer a wide choice of TV programmes, films and music stations. Additionally Apple TV and Netflix are provided in the lounge for free - this gives you so many channels and options. You may also log in to other apps with your personal subscription

Varied selection of books, games, music cds, dvds and Play Station games to use during your stay

Billiards / Table Tennis (mid sized which can be played by adults and childrent)

For your comfort, there is a ceiling fan in the lounge, every bedroom, dining room and lanai outside

We had an amazing 3 weeks in your home, thank you for sharing it with us. Perfectly located for all the parks, while been located in a peaceful residential area suited our young family perfectly. The girls (6 and 7) spent all day jumping in and out of the warm pool while we watched on enjoying comfy sofa beds. Then in the evening there are plenty of restaurants around or indeed easy to use cooking equipment at the house. Most of all we love the homely easy feel and communication was always spot on from the owners and the local help in Florida. We canā€™t wait to return!

A little home from home

Beautiful home. Super Peaceful.

Traveled w family. 2 kids 3 adults. Plenty of space for all +. The property is well secured in a gated community. Parks for the kids literally feet away from the property. House was very clean and included everything mentioned in the listing. Management is very responsive and easy to work with. Definitely recommended. Thank you for a pleasant vacation.

Fantastic stay!

We had 2 weeks at Aster Cove and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We had a minor issue with cleaning when we first arrived, but this was promptly dealt with - the management team (Diane & Gary) were great, and even dropped round a bottle of fizz to us as way of an apology. They were always on hand if we needed anything. The pool desk is West facing, and a portion of it always gets sunlight (more so later on in the day, which we preferred). The pool was a great size for the 4 of us, which certainly made great use of. The twin rooms were kitted out with TV and a Playstation, which was great for the kids. There is a also a mini pool/ping table which our kids loved! The location is great, just 30 mins from Disney. It was nice to be away from all the hustle and bustle of Orlando. The road is in a gated community, and so felt very safe and secure. Minor quibbles: The pool does face a road, though having driven along it you're not able to see into the pool area so this reassured us. The date for recycling collection in the house book is incorrect, and we missed this on the first week of our stay. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend the villa :)

Awesome vacation

The property was beautiful, we enjoyed the pool. Loved that it was in a gated community. The owners were awesome and prompty responded back when needed. I would definitely use them again.

Football Fun

Overall, our stay was acceptable! Price was excellent and owner quick to respond. The property is a bit remote, and speed bumps in the neighborhood got a bit tedious, but overall a nice property that could be better with just a few improvements! Wastebasket and mirrors in twin bed rooms would be nice, as would a hand towel ring/holder in the general bathroom. We had to provide our own toilet paper!! Weā€™ve stayed in other properties and were very surprised when the owner told us this property was a ā€œself-catered villaā€ and paper was not something they provided!! There also was not any dishwasher pods or soap provided, even though instructions said we should load and wash dishes. Bath towels were provided, but were not plentiful or very thick. And there is no hot tub, even though pictures seemed to indicate there was.

Christmas getaway

The house layout is fantastic for a family. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed many great family dinners. We wished the pool was warmer (we don't regret paying extra to heat it). It was a great quiet location.

Not a vacation

Our stay was ok for what it was for. It wasnā€™t a vacation, but we were looking forward to using the pool. It was not clean, probably from all the rain from Hurricane Idalia. There were some other minor issues , but it suited our needs. All in all I just think the house needs a bit of updating.

Perfect family location

We have two young girls 5-6 both had an amazing time. The house is perfect distance from the parks, and has all things a family could need. Pool is fantastic, shallow end was perfect for the girls as they can stand confidently without struggling and the deeper end is deep enough for them to jump in but for an adult 6ft to stand to assistā€¦ little jacuzzi pool is nice to relax on an evening. Seating area for TV has 3 large sofas and Apple TV/Netflix/Disney can all be signed in to use through a box. Bedrooms all large and comfortable and plenty of bathroom space for each bedroom. There is a well stocked seven 11 petrol and shop at the end of the road (that do great pizza slices) and Walmart superstore only 10 minutes away. There is also a great play park 5 minutes walking distance from the house that has a well maintained tennis court. There is also a friend security guard who Drives round the complex to keep a check on everything which makes everything feel really secure. We also went to a couple of rocket launches at cape Canaveral which was only 1hr 20 away. Weā€™ve already booked for next year, and look forward to returning.
