"The bathroom had black mold in the shower and had a horrible odor. The restaurant was grossly understaffed. Customers were leaving for golf tee times without breakfast after waiting 45+ minutes. Had dinner at restaurant as well and it took 2.5 hours for an average 3 course dinner. Staff again was overwhelmed."

"Muito bem localizada a 9km do Porto do ferry para Islay. Quarto pequeno, mas correto. Café da manhã com suco, pão, bacon, salsicha, cereais, café ou chá e leite, geleia, manteiga e mel, sem frutas. Não tem elevador e o teto é baixo no 3o andar (cuidado com a cabeça). Atendimento totalmente remoto, mas funciona."

"Adoramos a experiência de passar uma noite em um castelo, tudo perfeito , muito bem caprichado, todos os ambientes aconchegantes. Jántar muito bom, mas comemos carne e foi bem salgado .Como iríamos pegar a balsa muito cedo para islay e não daria tempo de tomar o café da manhã , arrumaram gentilmente uma pequena marmita para tomarmos o café na balsa. "

"We had a fantastic minimoon at Crinan!! Food is 11/10. Staff 11/10! Location is absolutely stunning. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. We had a room with a balcony and the views are out of this world. The boat trip on Ross Ryan’s boat The Sgarbh was incredible. We saw seals and Sea Eagles and sailed around the islands. This hotel is a true Scottish gem!"

"Eccellent staff always helpful, room was always kept clean, we had to request more heat for the room and that was attended too. the buffet breakfast had a good choice of food although for the eater that did not take much it could be an expensive breakfast. Dinner in the Cruise restaurant was vey good but menu was the same every night. Waiting staff were always very helpful. On arrival the television was faulty but this was rectified the same day.
