"Pet friendly is an understatement. The staff were so accommodating and went way above to make us and our dog Blue so welcome from his welcome pack to the fuss made over him it made our visit truly special. Massive thanks to Lucie, Taylor and Ray for looking after us and the old dog. Breakfast was brilliant and the I would highly recommend the Haggis, Neeps and Tatties. Probably the spiciest and best I've tasted."
"Adoramos a experiência de passar uma noite em um castelo, tudo perfeito , muito bem caprichado, todos os ambientes aconchegantes. Jántar muito bom, mas comemos carne e foi bem salgado .Como iríamos pegar a balsa muito cedo para islay e não daria tempo de tomar o café da manhã , arrumaram gentilmente uma pequena marmita para tomarmos o café na balsa. "Luckily our stay was during the good weather, the pool and sauna was good but, think it could have been quite bleak if it had been rainy.
Our room looked tired and the 2 seater couch was very grubby and the cushions were sunken.
The restaurant looked like a staff canteen with all the formica tables and the food was very disappointing, no Michelin chef here! The food was cold and bland, breakfast was not cooked to order, that was also cold. I ordered porridge one morning , the waitress assured...
