Beautiful relaxing stay
We had a wonderful stay. It was a great location with an easy 5 minute walk into the main area of the city. The rooms were spacious and we were especially glad to use the washer/dryer in the middle of our 2 week holiday. Thank you again!

Christmas in Kinsale
This property was wonderful. There were 9 of us. Ages ranging from 13 to 80. Teenage boy had his own room which was greatly appreciated. The kitchen was very workable as we made Christmas dinner. Restaurants were closed on Christmas. The Christmas tree was an added plus. Kinsale is very walkable and safe. We were close to everything. Had a little problem finding the house. If you put White Lady Hotel in your GPS it is directly across the street.

Beautiful, quiet, great location!
This house is a gem! The location is great for walking everywhere in Kinsale. It is 3 stories and very quiet. You cannot hear noise from floor to floor. Everything is updated and nicely appointed. We only had 5 adults staying, so it was very spacious for us! We had a little trouble finding it, but we contacted the host easily and got great information for finding it. The beds were very comfortable. It was a great vacation and a lovely place to stay!

Great location
Location was the best part of this stay. Property was clean but pillows were old and flat, instructions for operation of heating/power missing and be prepared to bring all cleaning supplies/ shampoo etc. as nothing is furnished. By the way internet information supplied in check in was incorrect.

In response to your review The internet information is correct, as we checked it after your review The property is listed as not supplying and shampoo or shower gels , so not sure why you would mark something down in a review that was not supposed to be there. We have checked the pillows and replaced the flat ones. The heating has an on / off switch on each radiator, so hence there is no manual for it as it’s either on or off.

Comfortable and convenient.
Very comfortable home, clean and nice linens. Centrally located, it’s an easy walk to everywhere. The street is very narrow and made us Americans a bit nervous! We made it fine and was able to find a parking spot in front of the house. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee available and washing machine detergent. The first thing we had to do was go the store. But, as my friend pointed out this is a VRBO, not a bed and breakfast! Very nice stay and highly recommend.

Perfect stay for big group
We loved our stay in Kinsale. One of our favorite spots in Ireland. The house is very nice and spacious. We had 10 adults and 5 kids, and we all slept comfortably. Very walkable to all spots in Kinsale and there’s a few restaurants right across the street. I think the listing itself is incorrect, as we did not have the correct house number and had to call the host to find it. We were close, but a few blocks away. All around great stay.

In response to your review, the address is 100% correct as all guests would be going to the wrong property otherwise. You went to O’Connell street and as stated on the listing we are on “lower oconnell street”. We are glad you enjoyed your stay.

Great location!
We had a great stay, it suilted our needs perfectly. I would not recommend the house for young children as there are lots of steps and not really any place to play. This was not an issue for us as our children are older and we had fun being able to walk and explore the town.

Was fine large and spacious! Could use more hot water not enough after 6 showers 4 got cold showers.

Hi Albert You must have been using the showers wrongly, 1 shower is electric so it can’t run out of hot water as that’s impossible !!! The other 3 showers have child safety switches on them and you needed to push them in and turn it for the water to get hotter, 16 guests stay here quite a lot and you never see a complaint about the water, hence my point that you weren’t using it correctly.

Fantastic house, unbeatable location.
We were a family of 10 ages 8-72. It’s a beautiful and modern home right in town with plenty of room for all of us to have our own space or to be together in the living & kitchen areas. The house was spotless and well appointed. Beds and linens were comfy and of high quality. The one time we reached out to Ryan he was available and very helpful. We loved being right in town within walking distance to excellent restaurants, shopping, the marina and more. There’s an outstanding pub just across the street with a great menu. Previous reviews complained about hot water but I think they must not have understood the child safety knobs, as we had more than enough HOT water for all 10 of us. Like REALLY hot! Kitchen had everything we needed, and blow dryers were provided. A word of caution for any guests with mobility issues, this house is 3 levels with all bedrooms on the upper 2, so ability to climb stairs is a must. Only suggestions I have for improvement would be to provide a bit of dishwasher detergent and garbage cans in the bathrooms. Over all we rate the home 5 stars and would HIGHLY recommend. If I find myself in Kinsale again, this would be my first choice again!

The house was perfect. My mother, 4 siblings & significant others and the 2 children in our group were very comfortable there. It is near very nice pubs & restaurants and a lovely playground. Ryan was accommodating during the booking process. If we go back to Kinsale, we will be staying here!

Great Location - Large Beautiful Home
The location was perfect. Less than 10 minute walk to the town and restaurants. The house was very spacious with a large shared room and modern kitchen. We did set the alarm off once when first setting it but Ryan was extremely quick to respond and answer any questions we had to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The middle floor shower was electric and provided hot showers longer than the others but we managed just fine with 5 people. We had more than enough room with 2 couples and a single in our party. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Kinsale and recommend it to others as well!

Absolutely Fantastic
We had a wonderful stay here in Kinsale. The property is beautifully decorated and felt very spacious for our party of 7 adults. The location is fantastic, the pier along with some lovely bars & restaurants are on the doorstep. Would highly recommend this house and we will definitely look to book here again. Finally the owner was very helpful & quick to respond to any queries

Ryan was available 24/7 for questions . You are in walking distance to the harbor and all shops and restaurants. The White Lady across the street has an amazing restaurant and the Cozy Cafe has a beautiful breadkfast just a 7 min walk. The house is an amazing location and has generous bedrooms and baths The kitchen is modern and even has an expresso maker and 2 dryers for laundry. Just make sure you review how the hot water works as it is on a timer. There is a Sign in the cupboad with the washer , but not clear. One bath on the second floor has instant hot water, but there was no signage or instructions. 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We loved Kinsale! Thank you!
