"The stairs and deck going over the sand dune are a mess. The handicap ramp has at least six inches of sand on the turns and the stairs down to the beach are almost totally covered with sand. The deck at the top has two orange cones because there is a hole in the deck. It is Memorial Day weekend and the start of summer so I would think out door maintenance would be much better than it was. Our deck definitely needed the railings and ceiling sanded and painted. "It was a last minute impromptu trip! The staff was super friendly and helpful! The cottage was clean, A/C worked wonderfully!!! Kitchenette was great! Will be coming back again throughout the year!
