"The stay was short (2 nights) but a great location for seeing the OBX. The host very quick to respond and maintained great communication before and after our stay. The home was very clean and well stocked even with a coffee bar! The ocean is very close and although it was a little stormy out the first night, we felt safe and secure. The next day was sunny and very enjoyable. We toured around the OBX and tried different restaurants that gave us that laid back atmosphere that NC is famous for....

"Property was as advertised. Dining table is a pool table. Flip over top and can play table tennis. Only aspect not appreciated was toilet in Master bedroom has no door. But we knew this going in and managed just fine with the floor plan."

"Very clean with some maintenance issues. The dryer did not work, sliding door locks did not work on any of the doors. Piece of ceiling was falling in one of the bedrooms. The worst part was the dryer did not work though. Overall a nice house."

"Overall this was a nice trip. The access to the beach has changed however and is a bit farther than listed. Our parents had a hard time due to to walking. The house itself was great. Overall we all had a fun time."

"the house was perfect for the two of us. Outside shower was clean (even has a mirror) and underside of house was set up for rainy days and was clean and comfortable (except for mosquitoes which we all must learn to live with). Small but efficient kitchen with all appliances in great working order. Excellent WIFI connection. Only complaint was being too old or dumb to use ROKU/SLING for TV. It took forever to find current evening news. Who watches last nite's evening news anyway?? Not a big...

"The house was exactly as shown in the pictures, the rooms were spacious and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. There were plenty of puzzles, games for kids. The roof top deck was our favorite deck at night for the sunsets. We saw a momma deer with her babies, frogs, ducks, and lots of turtles, the wild life was a plus. "We had an amazing stay here. The property was beautiful and peaceful. The private pool and hot tub were definitely worth it they are bith very nice. Communication was always quick and what was expected was very clear. We will surely consider staying here again. The extremely large decks with seating are a great add, morning coffee was so much better with the views from this home! We have absolutely no complaints about the accommodations and our stay! Hope to be back next year!!"

"This home was unique in its roundness and wrap all around decks. The views are amazing. Each morning we enjoyed coffee on the deck watching the ocean . AMAZING !! The area of Avon was quaint and had plenty to do. We traveled all around the islands. The weather was chilly which made the hot tub perfect each evening. Overall a restful, relaxing vacation. "Super clean and well-kept 1-bedroom condo in Avon that is ideal for a couple! It is on the sound side so the sunsets are incredible and the gorgeous ocean beaches are close and simple to access. The owner, Mike is quick to respond to any communication. He provides clear directions that make driving to and accessing the condo a snap! The location is superb--close to Food Lion, restaurants, and ice cream shops. We would love to stay here again--it was just perfect!"
