"Where do I begin....this property was filthy....filthy, the shower water, which I assume is well water STINKS! I let it run a bit just to get it flowing and still....IT STINKS...I didn't want to shower in it....so I bought a bunch of gallons of water and bird bath it in the bathroom sink.... What an absolutely perfectly cozy little home and so close to Pamlico Sound and the Sea! Everything in the house was exactly what we needed for our 38th anniversary mini-vacation. "This was the perfect house for us! We live in Hatteras and took our boat up to Wanchese to run some trips in late August - there was space for all of us who work on the boat and then some for our guest leaders who helped us out. The layout is spectacular and there is so much space to spread out and relax or work! The back porch was our favorite place to relax every evening when we got back from the boat - the yard is spacious and fenced in for pets! The host and property manager communicated...
