We ask that the following rules are followed by all our guests:

1. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the apartment. Smoking area provided on the rooftop terrace (3rd floor).

2. Guests may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.

3. Please advise host about unregistered guests, if any. Our unit is ideal for up to 4 guests.

Visitors can be accommodated once the maximum occupancy for the unit allows. All visitors must be communicated and their names provided to be shared with security personnel.

4. Keep noise at a minimum. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

5. Pool usage cut-off time is 8:30pm.

Safety / Security:

6. Doors should be locked when leaving property.

7. Passcode should not be shared with anyone who isn't included in the reservation’s number of guests.

Conservation :

8. Doors and window should remain closed while air-conditioning is on to allow maximum performance.

9. Water taps and all appliances should be turned off when not in use.

10. Please report all leaks/defects immediately. Never attempt to perform repairs yourself/yourselves.
