"The property was double booked the first two days leaving us without a place to stay. The property manager said he booked another place when we got there that was also not available. We spent several hours late in the evening until we were finally able to get a temporary booking. Communication was extremely poor overall it was hard initially to get a hold of the property owner although we had paid in advance our accommodations was not available first two days. "

"First time we stayed here in March water went away for 4 hours. We are back and they installed a backup system. These folks care about giving the guest a good experience and it shows. We will go back next year."

"The property apartment was perfect with a top floor view over New Kingston towards the harbour. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were also good and the ground level security staff were very helpful. Also a big thank you to the property owners for their help and assistance. "

"The upfront communication was above average. The host helped us to arrange airport transfer. The apartment was clean, and the view it lovely especially at night. "

"The location is excellent very quiet neighborhood. I wish I could prepare at least breakfast. I wish it had a stove/hot plate and a kettle to qualify as home away from home. Nikki is very nice and always available. Overall I did enjoy my stay."
