"This loft was well appointed and very clean and well decorated. My son and his fiancé enjoyed the location as it was walking distance to the venue where we had their wedding shower. They also loved that the Aspire Wine Bar was just downstairs!"

"I traveled from Alaska to visit family in Kingsport. The rental was amazing!!! I loved how clean, comfortable and quiet it was. I had coffee on the porch and read outside in the evening. We will be traveling back a few times a year and I plan to stay here as much as it is available! Thank you!!!"

"Our stay was great! The house worked perfectly for us. If i had to say anything the furniture in the living room could be a little more comfortable and the queen mattress could be softer. And I would put blackout curtains in all the bedrooms for those who travel with kids. But overall it worked out perfectly for our needs!"

"This VRBO is in an older home and needs a bit of TLC. The beds were comfy and it is very nice to have so many king beds. The rest of the facilities were good. James was a great host and very responsive. The house worked great for our family it just needs some freshening up.Space of home works well. The decor ioof rock n roll may not be for everyone."
