"Room was dirty. Table has not been wiped there's still marks of drinks on the table and it's sticky. Aircon was soo dusty. Cable wires in the room has not properly mounted its just on the floor. We didn't eat breakfast as the food was not appealing. The mandarin orange was totally rotten half of it has molds and dark brown. My husband has to ask for coffee as its empty.
