"Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The property looks really nice from the outside and our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, there was some mold in the top of the shower. The reception area smells very very moldy/musty. Having the dedicated shuttle that they run means that they'll come pick you up at St Mary's after your procedure, no matter what time of day it is. It also means that if you have a 7:30 appointment on Monday, better plan on leaving at least an hour before as there's lots of guests waiting for transportation and only one bus. "The hotel appeared to be under construction, with yellow tape hanging everywhere. The front desk sells snacks but didn't take cash (and was a bit rude about it). The gym has no sauna and the hot tub isn't very hot. The breakfast was great and the room was clean. It's right across from the Mayo Clinic, a convenient walk across the street."
